Work With Your Community
The child care challenge in Arkansas is multifaceted. In 2025, Governor Sanders created the local lead organizations (LLO) to coordinate approaches to early childhood education (a.k.a. “child care” or “day care”). LLOs can help your company identify existing child care capacity in your community. In addition, in 2026, federal tax law began incentivizing community-based solutions through revisions to the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
